Inspired by marine life, algae, sea urchins, starfish, octopuses, coral reefs and how light affects them, reflections and color changes.
The intention is brings that wonderful universe to the surface because it only can be seen in underwater dives.
It is a tribute to my beloved Mediterranean Sea, where so many times I submerge myself and find absolute peace.
In these pieces I have developed a technique resulting from experimentation with silver and epoxy resins, the result is a silvery surface with the appearance of whale shark skin.
