Oceans

The inspiration born through seabeds

Oceans

The inspiration born through seabeds, putting attention in wrecks, sea weeds, sea urchins, sea stars, octopus, coral reefs etc., and also how the light falls on them, their reflections and color changes.

I was interested in creating jewelry that tells a story. Such as the spirit of people who have lost their lives at sea and still remain in the ocean, the remains of the looted treasures of noble people, commercial trade between civilizations, the slave trade, the Punic Wars, the conquest of America etc. These pieces are handmade in titanium, silver, gold and steel. I have also used objects found such as; broken tiles, eroded molten glass, plastic melted and mixed with sand.
